Orientation is all about helping you get familiar with RMIT and your program. Explore everything that life at RMIT has to offer!

During Orientation Week, you will get to know all available student services and must-know contact points, get essential information about How2RMIT sessions, and explore the campus in person or virtually. This is a chance for you to meet new friends, lecturers and staff, discover clubs and societies on campus and get ready to make the most of student life at RMIT.

Your Orientation starts here at How2RMIT and is the first step to a successful start to your studies

Welcome Day

You will visit campus for the first time to collect your RMIT student card, take a campus tour, and explore service fairs. Check out what’s awaiting you!

How2Get-Ahead workshops

Join a series of must-know sessions for newbies. You will learn more about RMIT’s services, including Library, Canvas, Student Academic Success (SAS), Wellbeing, Student Life.

School and Program induction

It’s compulsory for every new student to participate in school and program inductions. You will learn about your program structure and requirements, meet your classmates, lecturers and more.

Student Council

RMIT Vietnam Student Council (SC) is the representative of the RMIT Vietnam student body. We aspire to be the conduit of communication and information between students and the University Senior Leadership.
